As far as I know, there will be no official online streams of Fox's feed. That being said, if you google "watch fox sports 1 online" you will find some decent quality unofficial streams of their coverage.

lemans-tv.com has coverage, but I believe it is mostly onboards and circuit cameras. Pair it with Radio Le Mans and it makes for an acceptable alternative to the television coverage.

Audi Motorsport, Corvette Racing, Nissan Motorsports, and Toyota Hybrid Racing have all offered onboard video from their cars in the past and I expect that, along with Porsche, they will do so again this year.
